THE PLATFORM’S USE

• Welcome to re8biogenics.com( “Website”)  its tools and applications is an online service operated and managed by RE8 Biogenics Pvt Ltd (“RE8 BIOGENICS” or “we” or “us”). The  Website, tools and  applications, are together (herein referred as “ Platforms”).  While using  RE8 BIOGENICS’s Platform, services or products, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the agreement listed below or as may be revised from time to time (“User Agreement”/“T&C”), which is, for an indefinite period and you understand and agree that you are bound by such terms till the time you access/use  RE8 BIOGENICS Platforms. Whether you have read the Polices and these Terms of Use or not, you agree to be bound by them simply by using the Platform and by accessing it. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding. ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE PLATFORMS IN ANY OTHER WAY INDICATES YOUR UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT.

APPROPRIATION TO USE

• Only those who are able to enter into legally binding contracts under the relevant laws may use the Platforms. Users of the Platform are not permitted to be “incompetent to contract” in the sense of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, which includes undischarged insolvents and others. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to cancel your membership and deny you access to the Platforms. Those whose membership has been suspended or revoked by us for whatever reason will not be able to access the Platforms.
• You certify that you are authorized to bind the business entity to this User Agreement if you are registering as one. We do not represent that any goods or services mentioned in the Platforms’ content are accessible outside of India. If and to the extent that local laws apply, those who choose to use this Platform and its tools from outside of India are in charge of adhering to such laws. We only supply the goods within India, and we disclaim all liability for any issues arising from orders placed for goods that are shipped outside of the country. We will only ship the goods to states with open import laws, and we disclaim all liability for any orders placed for goods coming from states with import restrictions.
• To shop for our products and/or use our services, you must be at least eighteen years old. This includes, but is not limited to, speaking with one of our experts, subscribing to our newsletters, disclosing personal information, and utilizing any of our platforms, including the website, mobile applications, and social media.

RELIABILITY OF CONTENT AND ASKED TO PROVIDE

Your offer, which is contingent upon the terms and circumstances outlined in this User Agreement, is represented by your purchase order. We reserve the right to partially or completely reject your offer. As soon as the requested goods or products are shipped, we shall consider your order accepted. It’s possible that not every goods will be shipped at the same time that you ordered. If such a situation arises, the portion of the order that has already been shipped will be considered accepted by us, and the remaining amount will remain available for acceptance or rejection.
• Before the product (s) you have requested are actually shipped, RE8 BIOGENICS will not accept your offer by any action or inaction. We will contact you via phone or email, if you have given us your contact information, as soon as we can to confirm that we have received your order. If not, we will follow up with you to confirm that the order has been dispatched and, consequently, that it has been accepted.

OVERALL TERMS OF USE

• The Platforms may be used by the User for the purposes specified under RE8 BIOGENICS policy and for legitimate purposes. In line with the policies’ provisions and any applicable laws, the User will face severe legal repercussions for any policy violations.
• When Users purchase goods or services through the Platforms, RE8 BIOGENICS works to give them the best deals available. Without providing prior notification or incurring any liability, RE8 BIOGENICS has the right to alter prices and availability.
• Prices and discounts listed for each item in a promotion are valid only on the days designated for that promotion and for a restricted quantity of inventory in specific categories.  Without giving users any prior warning, RE8 BIOGENICS reserves the right to change, expand, update, or discontinue any product offers. In these situations, the Platforms will be updated with the appropriate modifications, if applicable.
• In addition to these Terms of Use, the User will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant bank or card issuer in the event that banks extend Cashback incentives during the aforementioned promotion period.
• RE8 BIOGENICS retains the right to cancel orders that it is unable to accept. The User agrees and acknowledges that RE8 BIOGENICS retains the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at all, without providing a justification; he/she/it will not argue or raise any dispute against RE8 BIOGENICS regarding the same. The following circumstances may lead to the User’s order being canceled: inaccuracies or errors in the pricing information; difficulties discovered by RE8 BIOGENICS; non-availability of the product(s) or quantities ordered by the User; non-availability of the services.
• Before approving any order, RE8 BIOGENICS can additionally need more confirmation or details. If the user’s order is canceled in whole or in part, or if further information is needed to process the transaction, RE8 BIOGENICS will get in touch with the user. The sum will be refunded in the user’s credit/debit card account if the order is canceled after credit/debit cards, Net banking, wallets, UPI, or any other method of payment has been charged. RE8 BIOGENICS will not be held responsible for such cancellations.
